The penthouse living room features a Flexform Groundpiece sectional, a Glas Italia coffee table, and Foscarini's Twiggy floor lamp.
Oak treads replaced steel stairs on the duplex's staircase.
In the dining area, B&B Italia's Acanto chairs surround LucidiPevere cement table from Hundred Mile
The refurbished grass-and-steel condominium tower stands on the site of Tiffant & Co.'s orginial New York flagship.
The office includes a pair of Arper chairs from Suite NY and UniFor's Less desk; the drapery fabric is from Maharam.
In the Master bedroom, the chair and ottoman are from the Future Perfect.
